Return & Exchange

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 7 days after you've received your product(s). While it is important to us that you are satisfied with our jewellery products, we do not accept requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless:

  1. The product received is defective
  2. The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. The product must be unused and in the condition you received it in
  2. The product must be in its original packaging

Requests for refunds and exchanges for defective goods will be assessed by our team. We seek your kind understanding that not all requests will be accepted for a refund as most of our products are crafted by hand, which makes minor scuff marks and stones dropping unavoidable.

We do not accept refund and exchange requests for the following reasons:

  1. You ordered an incorrect product
  2. You ordered an incorrect quantity
  3. You don't like the product or that it doesn't suit you
  4. The product tarnished
  • Please refer to our Product Care information page to avoid your product tarnishing so quickly
I purchased a product that was on sale, can I return/refund/exchange it?

We do not accept refund and exchange requests for products purchased on sale. 

My refund request was approved, what about shipping?

Refunds solely cover the products, thus shipping is non-refundable. If the refund/exchange request is approved, the shipping costs will be borne by you. However, for defective/incorrect products, the shipping costs will be covered by us.

How long will the refund take?

It will be processed by our system, and return to original payment method. It takes 3 - 7 business days usually, but it is normal to experience delays. Please check with your credit card company, should you have any issues/questions.

How long will the exchange process take?

Depending on your choice of shipping method and service, and your location, the process duration varies. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so that it will reach us successfully.

Once we've received it, our team will review your request and if it is approved, your exchanged product will be sent within 5 business days, with the same shipping duration according to our Shipping information page.
